The CIDs are excited to announce two new apps available on all mobile platforms. Both the City of East Point and Clayton County have introduced apps allowing users to report non-emergency, quality of life issues.
The app uses GPS location to mark areas of concern. App users can provide photos and a description of the problem, and reports are sent to the appropriate city or county department. When an item is reported, users can select to receive updates on the progress of corrective actions. To download, visit the Apple App Store or Google Play and search “Access East Point” and “Click Clayton”.
