In compliance with O.C.G.A. §48-5, this provides notice that the Airport South Community Improvement District (“CID”) Board of Directors, at its meeting on August 2, 2017, beginning at 12:00 Noon at 3800 Camp Creek Parkway, Bldg. 1400, Suite 132, Atlanta, Georgia 30331, will vote upon a proposal to levy an ad valorem taxation rate of 5 mills, and will set its millage rate for the lawful purposes of the CID for the current calendar year. Set forth below is the assessed taxable value of the properties subject to taxes for the current year and the immediately preceding two years, the total dollar amount of CID ad valorem taxes proposed to be levied for the current year and levied the immediately preceding two years, as well as the percentage and dollar increase with respect to the immediately preceding year. All property levied upon is real property. Because this CID was just created in 2015, there are only 2 preceding years of CID assessed taxable values, taxes, and increase/decrease to report. The millage rate each year has been 5 mills.
