REPORT OF AIRPORT WEST COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT

DISTRICT OF PROPOSED MILLAGE RATE

In compliance with O.C.G.A. §48-5, this provides notice that the Airport West Community Improvement District (“CID”) Board of Directors, at its meeting on July 25, 2019, beginning at 12:00 Noon at 3800 Camp Creek Parkway, Bldg. 1400, Suite 132, Atlanta, Georgia 30331, will vote upon a proposal to levy an ad valorem taxation rate of 5 mills, and will set its millage rate for the lawful purposes of the CID for the current calendar year.  Set forth below is the assessed taxable value of the properties subject to taxes for the current year and the immediately preceding 5 years, the total dollar amount of CID ad valorem taxes proposed to be levied for the current year and levied the immediately preceding 5 years, as well as the percentage and dollar change with respect to the immediately preceding year.  All property levied upon is real property The millage rate each year has been 5 mills.
